Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Finik, powered by Yelliko (“Finik”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of the Finik iOS app and related services (the “Service”). By downloading or using Finik, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Finik monitors the publicly available prices of items you choose to track and notifies you of drops or when a target is reached. Prices, availability, and history are provided for information only; they may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and are not an offer by us or by any retailer. Always confirm the final price and terms with the retailer before you buy.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Finik. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or an email address.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Finik offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro, Premium, and Power, each available monthly or yearly) that unlock higher wishlist limits, more frequent price checks, and longer price history. Free features remain available without a subscription.

• Price & billing. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase and are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Auto-renewal. A subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Downgrades & expiry. If your subscription ends or you move to a lower plan and you are tracking more items than the new plan allows, we keep price-tracking your most recently added items up to the new limit and pause tracking the rest. Paused items and all of their data are never deleted, and they resume automatically if you upgrade again.
• Free trials / offers. Any free trial or introductory offer, if made available, ends when a paid subscription begins; any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Payments & refunds. All payments are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions — we never receive your card or payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: (a) copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems, or use the Service to build a competing product; (c) submit unlawful content or infringe others’ rights; or (d) attempt to bypass subscription entitlements or security controls.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Finik and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Finik for your own, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the items you track.

6. Third-party retailers & links

Finik tracks items on third-party retailer websites. We do not control those retailers and are not responsible for their prices, content, availability, or their handling of your data. Your dealings with a retailer are solely between you and that retailer.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that prices are accurate or timely, that a tracked item will drop in price, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You make purchasing decisions at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost savings or missed purchases, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Finik and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where required, notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
